  Purchased this item with Delivery included with purchase, but when the item was shipped, the seller notified me that I had to pay the Import Duties or else I wouldn't receive my purchase. I had no idea it was going to be shipped from Hong Kong or else I would of never purchased it. So, I had 2 options, pay the duty and receive the item or lose it!! Not Happy at all!!
