  Package was a bit scary when I received it after it had gone missing on fed ex end for over a week. Package was ripped and had holes in it and item inside was exposed upon arrival , but after opening it up the item is as described, new and luckily had no damage to it. 🙂🙂🙂

  I was supposed to receive 10 of these, and I only received 5. The packaging the item's came in was not the same as the listing. I contacted the seller for a partial refund, but they could not even offer that. Finally the seller offered me to return the items, but there are only 5 of the items, so I am assuming the item is non returnable because the listing was not as described. I will not buy from this seller again.

  Seller insufficiently packaged the grinder, arriving damaged. The seller first suggested that I try to put it back together, then offered me $.28 refund and I could keep the grinder. I declined both offers and asked the seller for a total refund and free shipping back to them. After emailing back-and-forth, (for about 2 hours) the seller finally honored my request. I feel it was obvious what needed to be done, as the photographs tell all.
