  Sent an empty envelope. Totally a waste of time. Not sure if he was trying to scam by hoping I would just forget about it but I would never buy from this person again.

  This is pure slander. eBay trusts our company and so do the thousands of customers we serve. We do not ship ANYTHING in an envelope since that shipping method is not tracked. As a top rated seller here on eBay we are required to ship with a service that provides shipment tracking. This shipment was confirmed delivered and the weight of the parcel was recorded while in the possession of USPS so there is no disputing the fact that we shipped this item to the address you provided.

  Very fast shipping! The Havak Triads I purchased are very difficult to find used. They were as described and a great value for the product.

  Product packaged exceptionally well and arrived in sound physical shape. Though the unit appeared to boot up just fine, the firmware was corrupt. Unit had to be recovered via a serial-ttl cable to access its command-line to load a new firmware image. It is working fine now but required extra technical steps which really did not make the transaction a "great deal". After these hoops, the unit is in good working condition.
