  Item as described, arrived in good time, well-packaged and undamaged, good communication from the seller. Fitted very easily on to my existing bike rack. Looks good and seems to be of good quality. A good bag for the price, happy with this purchase.

  After using this item for a couple of weeks I would add: make sure that your rear bike rack extends far enough backwards and downwards to prevent the panniers from catching on the rear wheel. This problem was exacerbated for me by the fact that the pannier bags are not very rigid, and tend to fold in on themselves, then point inwards towards the wheel, resulting in wear and damage.

  Il prodotto è arrivato con un ritardo nella consegna, ma non per causa del venditore ma bensì dei corrieri. In questi giorni di festa è più che normale. Ho contattato più volte il venditore che si è reso subito pronto e disponibile nel risolvere il problema. Ottimo venditore e di una gentilezza che al giorno d'oggi è difficile da trovare. 5 stelle per l'oggetto e 5 stelle per il venditore.
