  The cable they sent me had wrong connector, the seller admitted that, but no refund....crappy company......dont do any buissenes here...

  The buyer has and old model that requires an additional adapter to use the cable. We explained this to the buyer in addition to offering a full refund. The buyer is located in Sweeden and the item was shipped to them directly by the eBay International Shipping program. So they are required to open a return request in order for eBay to issue them a refund. We clearly explained the process to the buyer that sellers cannot issue refunds for shipments through eBay International Shipping.
