  As advertised. Brand new in the box. Looks identical to the broken one that I am replacing. Now that it is installed it works perfectly. If you are hesitant about the price being too good. Don't be. It's a good deal and shipped to Alaska at a low shipping rate, might have been free shipping. Either way it wasn't very much and arrived sooner than expected (4-5 days). I'd buy another one if I needed to.

  I really don't have a problem with the seller but I do have a problem with how this item was portrayed on Ebay. The posting stated clearly that the item and seller were located in the United States. The item was delivered in two weeks which seemed longer than expected. When I tracked the package through the Ebay notification, the seller was identified as a Chinese seller and located in China. I don't appreciate being mislead about who the seller is and where the product was manufactured.
