  Pictures very accurately depicted the full true state of the bumper and liftgate - and the excellent packaging protected it very well during shipment. Shipment was prompt and arrived quickly, but the customer service agent I spoke to regarding a minor shipping concern could use a little training on how to politely handle unsatisfiable requests. The shipping cost was a bit high, but that's not the seller's fault as they mostly just passed through the freight cost.

  Great customer service! Somehow the package was returned to them the day after it was sent out, which made me a bit uneasy. They contacted me right away and were unaware of the reason for it themselves. Since EBay is responsible for the shipping tags, we assume there must have been an issue with the label itself for some reason. They sent it back out as soon as they got it back and I got the part very quickly. Very happy with the product and the company as a whole! Highly recommend!!

  The wheels were packed better than some people pack brand-new ones, which made transportation much easier. Their condition matched exactly what was shown in the listing photos — perfectly reasonable for the price.   Seller was not happy with the quality of the used auto wheel he was planning on selling me. He contacted me and told me that it was best that he cancel the orderr - and not ship the item at this time. I was happy with his decision - and will contact them again when more supply become available.

  I live in Pickering, Ontario, Canada. Shipping was to USAddress Inc., my Lewiston, NY, US postal destination, across the border. These Volvo C70 headlamps were professionally packed and looked exactly as pictured in the eBay listing. My offer was accepted and processed. The description indicated the headlamps were from the same VIN, meaning they would be similar in quality and aging. There were no cracks, and the clear plastic was like new. A happy Canadian/Volvo C70 and XC70 owner!

  Bought parts from this seller previously. Always fast shipping and the products you receive (especially ones they have multiple of) usually look BETTER than what they picture. Thats exactly what happened here. The speaker I got was in better condition than what was pictured... and I'm not complaining! They've also been around a while too with a strong reputation in the Volvo community. I found out about them via word of mouth myself.
