  Waiting over a month and received a tracking number but the seller won’t take the product to ship it to me. Reached out multiple times and cannot get any response. My refund was declined. Awful customer service!!!

  I was communicating with the seller and he kept talking about needing to verify the glasses were good before he sent. 4 days later he still hadn't responded and said he hadn't heard back like he was getting them from a third party. I basically waited 4 days then he checked and didn't have them and then cancelled the sale. I was waiting on glasses because mine were broke and this was very inconvenient to post something for sale that he never had. I could have bought else where.
