  Seller is great, product is not. Seller was responsive to questions and shipped quickly in quality packaging. Product looks nice, and was in good condition, but is a poor value. This backrest is made of cheap metal and bent about 3-4” on our first ride, definitely not safe. Seller did offer a $15 refund, but considering I now have a $150 product I can’t use + the extra shipping to get it up to Alaska, that doesn’t quite cut it.

  Wrong size, to small for my KRX. Clips missing. Notified seller, sent pics as was requested. Did not reply. I made Multiple attempts to address the issue without a response. VERY poor service. I'm stuck paying for an item I can't use.
