  The seller took extra care to wrap the hitch frame since there was no box. It arrived ok with only few paint scratches which will not be seen. I would buy from this seller again. Thank You!

  Seller described item as fully inspected and only had damage to the packaging. Item arrived and missing parts. I had to buy parts to make the fan work. Seller unwilling to correct or issue partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

  Clear example of refund and feedback extortion from this buyer. Buyer sent multiple low offers, which were not accepted. Buyer purchased item anyway and then claimed a part was missing. We offer returns for any reason for 30 days. Buyer was offered a prepaid label to return for a full refund. Buyer demanded a refund without returning the item and if we didn't, they would "escalate" the situation. Buyer never returned item. Clearly just wanted a free or heavily discounted item.
