  Unfortunately the item never arrived. I cannot comment much but feel positive feedback should be given to the seller as they did everything in their power to sort the issue and issued a refund without hesitation. Cannot recommend enough and will buy from again in the future. Many Thanks

  Item was as described and was £100 cheaper than anywhere else I had searched naturally I was a bit dubious, was it a return? Was it new? but no it was as the seller advertised completely brand new completely sealed, so new it was still in the shrink wrap, item was dispatched and delivered promptly would definitely purchase from the seller again without hesitation excellent transaction.

  Item arrived and was superbly packed, but communication was non existent. After a phone call to enquire & to nudge them, the amp when set up had a fault, rather than send it back, spend time in re packing, returning, waiting etc, I decided to open it up and quickly realised that it required a deep service. After a few hours spent stripping, tidying up and cleaning all the electronics, the item is now working. I thought that an AV company would list items accurately.

  Why would I send out an item that was faulty? It makes no sense. Buyers hold all the cards on ebay so sending out an item just to have it sent back at my cost and give a refund doesn't benefit anyone! You have my phone number so you could have just told me that the item had got shaken about in transit and then I would have arranged to have it collected and repaired or refunded. It was not sold as serviced like new, it was sold as tested and all features working as they should.
