  DEFECTIVE DOM SSD x2. It was very inconvenient and frustrating to receive two defective and used DOMs, not new as described. However, the seller responded quickly, apologised and refunded. It was disappointing and time wasting. Despite this, it is these types of bad experiences where you learn if a seller is actually good or bad. This seller has demonstrated that they are good. I wish it was a better experience but I am leaving positive feedback as it is clear that they acted in good faith.

  I got the wrong one in the mail, it was a US wall plug and I thought it was AU from the photos but they refunded me and treated me fairly so I would say good seller.

  I purchased this item a new differential for BMW X3, I was cautiously optermistic, it arrived a few days later than was expected, but it was new and in excellent condition, although it should have been shipped in a wooden box not a cardboard one that looked extremely tired, saying that it was packaged with heaps of foam/ rubber packing that kept it safe. I thank the seller for their good communication throughout the purchase! AAAAAAAA++++++++

  IO Shield - as listed - appears to be new, still in plastic bag, and match MotherBoard. Well packaged between hard cardboard for shipping. No Issues, Thanks
