    items as described, very quick delivery, happy with transaction. seller made a great effort to protect the fragile items inside, big strong box, lots of packing material. but sadly one of the items had been damaged during transport. i dont blame the seller, they clearly did a good job from how much effort they put into the wrapping, i only mention it to keep an accurate record of events. i dont intend to ask for a refund as i am happy with the purchase and know i can repair the item well enough

    Really happy with my three beautiful Italian cherubs. They arrived quickly and very well wrapped and packaged. Their description was correct and the photos, so no hidden surprises! Great value, really happy with the price (thank you). I was kept informed of the parcel’s progress along the way. All in all, a good experience from this seller. 🙏🏼👍🏻

    Unfortunately the tray was slightly, but irreparably damaged in transit. The seller responded to my message, within 1.5 hours and resolved the issue with full refund. The tray was well wrapped, but took a whack en route. The tray was as described, apart from the damage. Great communication from seller and response was appreciated.
