  We have had some issues with the local parcel office who did not update their systems or move items due to local issues beyond our contrtol. Thank you for your patience.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS IS NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK ordered on Sunday 6/7/25 and they finally posted it at 16:30 on Friday 11/7/25 needed it for a trip to France total let down no communication no nothing this is going to a dispute with pay pal for a full refund

  Our listing advised an estimated delivery of 12th July. We sent via Royal Mail 48-hour on the 10th of July. The customer left this feedback on the 11th July whilst the package was in transit. Customer clearly did not see estimated delivery before placing the order and thus was upset with us.

  Tomtom sat nav is as described. I sent one back but was only partially refunded. Even though I didn't even open the parcel which I returned. So won't use this seller again.
