  The items i ordered were carefully and individually wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid fallout and breakage and sealed up in a box that suits the size of the item, i bought from the seller many times and this time i forgot to remind the seller to tie the necklace as the items that i bought was not tied to the pendant, but when the package arrived they were all tied, im so happy the Seller remembered to tie the necklace cords for me, otherwise i would not know how to do it myself, great seller!!!

  Seller very helpful, and allowed me to cancel and re-purchase this in the correct way to get the combined postage correct. Despite language barriers on both sides, this was sorted out quickly and easily to UK buyer's satisfaction. I now have my gorgeous jade fish. All items sent by this seller are perfect and correct. This jade is a very good value item, stone is amazing and so is the highly skilled carving in Three, not two dimensions! High quality items to keep forever and bring joy !
