  Fast shipping, box was crushed but item was fine. the incorrect but very similar version of what I ordered was shipped by mistake but the seller was immediately apologetic and gave the proper means to get it fixed fast and get the proper item to me. so my rating still stands for 5 stars. They were quick to ship, had fast response time for customer service. Otherwise the item was in perfect new condition. Thanks you!

  Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel my order on account of low stock. Although they couldn't complete my order, they were very prompt in sending me a cancellation notice and a refund. They told me that they were just getting started with selling on eBay and apologized for the inconvenience. I can't comment on the Timex Alarm Clock, but I would approve of this seller.
