The cistern had a scratch on it and the box it was in looked like it had done the rounds. Fair play to Mark, he arranged for the parcel to be collected and refunded the item with no issues. There was a small scratch to the cistern lid which we should have noticed upon checking before dispatch. We immediately agreed to a return and a full refund.
