  The description on the pants stated "Excellent condition and ready to be worn". When I received the pants, the hem had been cut off at least 2-3 inches. I have the exact pair of pants and was purchasing these as a gift so I know how much they were shortened. Buyer beware of hidden descriptions by Ebay and seller.

  We are sorry that you feel that way and are disappointed.. We did not use the words you quoted in our description at all. However, we did list the item as never worn because it did originally come with tags that had fallen off. That's why we listed them with RAW HEMS, as were not sure if they came that way. We asked that you Open a case with Ebay for a return but you chose Not to. Sorry.
