  I had a minor issue with a component being improperly listed so the item I received was not what I was expecting. The seller reached out to me to apologize, wanting to make the situation right. We discussed the problem and came to a resolution. This seller obviously cares about their reputation and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with our transaction, which I am.
