  The item was perfectly as described and was an exact fit for my car. Shipping was nice and quick, and packaging was more than sufficient for the part I got. Price was considerably cheaper than buying a new one from the dealer, too. Would recommend this seller!

  I ordered two headrests for my LS400. This is the second one i ordered and they came in great shape. They were also very well packaged with no damage. The headrests were also the correct interior color as my car and as for the listing. They also shipped out pretty fast in only a few days. I would buy from this seller again if I need to.

  Outstanding seller. Among the best if not the best in my 20+ years of buying and selling on ebay. Great pictures. This allowed me to know what I was buying versus others sellers. Fast shipping. It can be tough to get something like this out quick but the seller did. Great packaging. No concerns on my end regardless of shipping method around the item being damaged. Seller did a great job packing my items.

  I contacted the seller with an email that included photos of the item; in spite of better than average packaging, the top rail of the shade had been bent in shipping. The seller refuted my photos, asking for someone else to take photos. I sent another photo with a different perspective that showed the waviness of the top rail; this waviness wasn't visible in the seller's photo of the item. The seller ignored me. The sent photos are included in this feedback.
