    This item should not have been listed as new and the seller should have been up front with the true condition of the hard protector that is broken and doesn’t fit on the box. When I told the seller about it, they told me to open a return with eBay. The appearance and quality are not good.

    The item was listed as new because it is new. It came sealed in plastic. The corner of the protective box was chipped, and that was shown in the images we listed with the item. We offered for you to return the item for a full refund.
