  ad made it look like battery and charger came with tool , took two emails then shipper stated only bear tool and was told both times not to ship it . shipper did issue a full refund . do not no anything about tool quality because i took package off ups truck and carried straight to usps. I never opened package

  Shipping wasn't to bad. Not the fastest but it didn't take forever ether. Overall the tourqe wrenches look amazing. The case the comr with looks pretty tough and more then able to protect them. Really happy with them. Packaged very well. Better than great price. Highly recommend seller. Im very happy with purchase.
