  Instructions were 25% with foreign language structure and the use of the same word for explaining how to use wasn't there. ACDelco internet operating instructions are the same as in the box. I watched several YouTube ratings, and I agree that once you figure out how to use it it's a very accurate too. Watch STEVE ROB REVIEWS for the best shot, all 12 minutes.

  I had this same model for probably 5 years with alot of use and worked well until I dropped it off the dock into the lake. The ratchet wouldn't work anymore but surprisingly the battery was still good. I bought another one because I loved the original ratchet so much. Great product and price.
