You know the delivery service handles the packages rather roughly. Upon first use on an already sharpened knife it polished/sharpened the blade edge. It provided the last stage needed for a very sharp edge. A++++++ seller/product. Very satisfied and the pricing as it was about 30% less than most competitors for the same type of stone.
