The toner seems to be good quality, quick shipping, good price. There was a problem with the wrong size toner bottle being sent at first, but upon being notified of the problem they immediately sent the correct size and used expedited shipping to get it to me as quickly as possible. so I will rate them high because of the superior customer service.
