  Communication was always great! Hiro answered all my questions and was always very polite and quick to respond. The player came in less than 10 days, which was quicker than I had expected. It looks exactly the same as shown in the pictures, very well preserved.   Incredible experience! My package from Japan arrived in just 3 days – super fast and perfectly handled. The MD recorder is in perfect condition with no signs of use, scratches, or wear. The included remote shows normal signs of use as described in the listing, so everything is exactly as promised. Lovely origami included – such a thoughtful touch!   Great speakers - I was worried about ordering from Japan, but I didn't need to be. The speakers are over 30 years old and look and function like they're brand new. The speakers arrived so perfectly packaged, it's like they came from the factory. One thing - don't forget, if ordering in the UK, there will be VAT to pay and the exchange rate you get through eBay isn't that great, but even with all that I still got an absolute bargain. Great communication, great seller Thanks H!

  The Onkyo C-7030 cd player is a high-quality device, containing a Wolfson 24-bit DAC. TML offered one for a very decent price. I was a bit apprehensive about buying used gear from a seller in Japan (I live in Georgia in the US), but the unit arrived in perfect shape. The cd player was very securely packed; even the remote control was carefully packed in its own cushioned bag. It arrived within the estimated window and the seller kept in touch by email throughout. Would buy from them again!

  My item was delivered in exceptionally quick time from Kanagawa, Japan to Melbourne, Australia. There was a breakage in transit unfortunately, (though no fault of the Seller).
