  Very meticulous packaging, teapot was wraped in several layers of paper, foam and bubble wrap. The box included “fragile” stickers. The shipping went smoothly without any major issues. And the teapot it self is the same as in the photos. Compared to other shops with teaware, this is a great value for money with the assortment of teaware they sell and the shipping cost.

  Beautifully crafted bonsai pot. There’s craftsmanship that the pictures didn’t fully capture which I’m very pleased to see. The color is stunning in real life. Item was delivered from Japan in less that 7 days in well packaged box. Looking forward to buying from this seller again in the future.
