Absolutely great communication to resolve my issue. Postage is free making this good value. Was delivered in 2 days. Ideal for brief periods, due to my issues I wouldn't sit on it for hrs but its perfect for helping my legs and feet out in the kitchen. Struggle to use the ring pull to collapse it as its new.
