  Outstanding customer service - I made an accidental purchase and Tistaminis refunded the purchase immediately. I also had some issues combining issues through Ebay, and Tistaminis offered a solution through messaging. Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule.   Well, I want to give this seller very high praise. Faced with sticking me, the customer in the U.S.A., with a potentially heavy tariff, this seller gave the entire detailed bunch of information (I only knew the bare basics), AND offered to cancel the order and refund my money, if I wanted. I went ahead, and the tariff was very high. But throughout, this seller acted in good faith, communicated very well, and the item arrived in perfect condition. (Fairly quickly, all things considered.   I’ve been wanting these Iron Warriors “Obliterators” (converted Centurions) for a long time, talked to Tistamini on their official site and their eBay. And then one day they sent me an offer the day before Canada Day. I made a Counteroffer but then realized they probably won’t get it because they had the day off.
