  Seller not recetive to "best offer" idea which the seller utilized. Seller meant "best offer" over the starting price listed. "Best offer" means best overall offer made by a prospective buyer. Deceptive practice. I made a respectable lower offer and even raised the offer each time. Seller didnt accept until the offer was above the initial asking price. Again, a deceptive practice. Sellers shouldn't mislead a prospective buyer in order to reign them in...they should mean what they say.
