  Seller contacted and said website said 500 g of items but it is actually 400 g and if I am ok with it and do I want them to still send, I said yes. Then later they said sorry, they no longer have the item and refunded. It is too bad because I needed to receive the shells within a certain time period so lots of time was wasted.

  Item was in good condition. Reasonable value for money. Item quality is fairly good - it's a legitimate published book as far as I can tell. Appearance of the item looked like it had seen some damage during shipping/storage. The seller was very helpful and very willing to resolve and issues. Very satisfied.
