  The item did not work with my soundbar. I tried to contact the seller he asked me to cover the shipping of the item back to him. then he closed the return. I want to return the item. Why can i not return the item?

  I’m torn. Product was exactly as expected and works great. The downside is shipping was 4 days after the end of the shipping window, which means it came roughly 2 weeks after ordering. Seller was a bit slow to communicate but at the end of the day, product was in perfect condition. I just think there could have been some more proactive communication.
