    The seller was wonderful to deal with and helped thru the whole shipping process. The box was well protected for shipping long distance, and arrived undamaged to my house. Would highly recommend seller to any. (Husband loves the box) Wonderful customer service and communication.

    Incompetent seller. Accepted my offer without reading my request and then asked for more money. Took 10 days to ship and when it arrived it was damaged and was missing the lining that he agreed to add. Offered to send me a free replacement and I had to go through the shipping circus again. Packaging was poor. Overall, realize that you are buying a glorified vacation souvenir and not some bespoke hand made box. Yes two hands made it, but its not some artisanal or heirloom piece. Avoid seller.

    Seller was great with communication and customized it a bit for me. Had some issues with shipping delays (not seller's fault, it was the shipper that misplaced the package for 10 days and didn't forward on to FedEx) but seller facilitated getting that resolved. Thanks.
