    There was no cord attached then when we finally found a cord in our garage, we hooked it up and it’s broken. It does not work at all.

    I'm truly sorry to hear that the device arrived not working, especially since it was tested and confirmed to be fully functional before shipping. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I genuinely regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. As soon as you informed me of the issue, I offered a full refund to make things right no questions asked.
