If a CD is in really good condition. We will grade it as VG when in fact it is more likely VG+ or higher. Why do we do this. So you get more then your money's worth. I am a music collector myself, and know that condition is everything.

There was some scratches on two discs that were bad but seller refunded me some of the money and i was able to put that towards having those discs hopefully repaired.
