Although Its not this seller's fault that USPS screws up on any given day, the seller could at least acknowledge a message from a buyer! All of this is my fault anyway because I have since ordered the Oregon version of this item from Amazon, and it was several dollars less and shipped next day. I should have known better but will next time. 🙂

Seller needs to offer commercial shipping options because the USPS is clueless. This has become a regular issue with items I have purchased, seller doesn't offer private shipping and the USPS takes the item all over the eastern US before delivering the item.

Horrible 'customer service'.
