  *REFUNDED* -- This is true, I fumbled this one. We thought it was shipped, purchased the label and everything. They asked on a sunday when the order was being sent, that was the communication they made, it was prior to the ship by date provided by ebay. We thought we shipped it and didn't need to communicate more. Then this feedback, and their reply to my apology after an attempt to work it out..with, "I’ll just take the item overnighted"...The offer was to correct the mistake, not bend over..
