The reason why I have always bought items on ebay is because I can see a pic of the actual item a seller is selling. But not this seller. He puts a 'stock pic' of what looks like a nearly new phone and then sends you an old scratched up one and thinks it's ok. He wings it hoping that people will just accept it and gets away with this dodgy sales method. My advice to him is PUT UP A PIC OF THE REAL ITEM YOU ARE SELLING IN FUTURE OR EXPLAIN WHY NOT ! UNTIL THEN.....AVOID.

Another ebayer who DID NOT read listing & expect's a like New Sony Ericsson phone for £22.It clearly states in item Specific's & Body of the Listing it's Used with Scratches and Sign's of Wear. Threatens me with Negative Feedback if I don't send him like New replacement within 7 day's, without wanting to return the original or even open an ebay return case. 2 ebay representatives stated feedback would be removed, then, "It was an error" and ebay are now taking no responsibility for anything.
