  The matchboxes arrived completely empty. There are no matches inside them. One of the matchbooks is even missing the bottom portion of the matchbox and won’t close. The seller mentioned NOWHERE in the listing that the matchboxes contained no matches and the pics of the matchboxes were of all the matchboxes closed. Very misleading and dishonest. Now I have to go through the annoyance of returning the items. Buyer beware

  I instantly approved a return/full refund to the customer when they raised the issue. It was an honest oversight of not saying that the match books did not have matches. And rest assured that I’ll never make that mistake again. Sad that some customers, when offered a full refund, still takes time to give negative feedback on a transaction that has been 100% rectified.
