    Once again Kidde have altered the design. Instead of the mains cable protruding out of the ceilings and connected direct into the alarm connection block you now have to make a large hole in the ceiling with this latest alarm to allow the connection block to go through. More mess more time to fit replacements and an extra connections block. No diagram on hole size needed so a 50 mm hole has to be cut because connection block. Very dissapointed in terms of ease of fitment. Poor design in my book.
