  Shipping and packaging was great! The shipping box was in great shape - so much so that the Concierge couldn’t wait until I came to pick it up. The box had “Candy Corner.com” on it and she wanted to share some candy with me. She was disappointed when I told her a Dept 56 village had been shipped in the box. I guess I’ll have to go buy her some candy. Thought y’all might enjoy that little story. The village was just as you described and in perfect. I’ve already placed it by the farm house.

  The packing was perfect which was great because USPS did some damage to one corner of the box. The piece was as described and was in perfect new condition. I had actually purchased the village a few months ago and it came to me with pieces missing and broken off. I was a little nervous about trying to buy it again. But I now have a complete trust in y’all as sellers. Thank you for your care in your merchandise.

  I recommend this seller because he is a good communicator and follows-up on orders. Unfortunately, the Post Office cannot find the order as the label was not even “scanned-in”. Through no fault of the seller. I will do business with this seller in the future because of his integrity and excellent communication throughout the process …5-Stars
