  The buyer was the first to purchase one of the newly listed batteries. Unfortunately, the shipping method selected at checkout—a simple envelope with tracking—was not permitted by eBay due to lithium battery restrictions. Upon discovering this, I promptly refunded the full purchase and provided a clear explanation to the buyer regarding the issue. Shipping went from $0.98 paid by the buyer to $4.85, more than the cost of the $3.99 batteries.
