  Customer service is great! I ordered this product and mine wasn’t acting right shortly after receiving it. I messaged them with an immediate response concerning my situation, I sent it back to them and they sent me a full replacement under the warranty! I’d highly recommend for anyone wanting a classic hand held console full of child hood memories. Can’t thank them enough.
