I specialize in vintage finds, books, toys, and unique odds & ends—items with history, character, and stories waiting for their next home. Some may be well-loved or in need of care, but I always do my best to highlight any wear in descriptions and photos. I like the idea of these forgotten things finding someone who will restore them with the attention I wish I had time for.
This shop wasn’t something I planned. When my brother passed away in March ‘23, he left behind an entire thrift store—along with a house, garage, and warehouse all packed with antiques and collectibles. Sorting through it all became an unexpected career shift, and The Gay Delphinium is my way of honoring him while finding new homes for these pieces. I appreciate your patience as I navigate this journey.
If the name sounds familiar, you might be thinking of The Gay Dolphin in Myrtle Beach, SC—a whimsical place from my childhood that sparked my love for the weird and wonderful.
