  Emily was super! I asked her a question about the punch and she answered immediately. The price of the punch and the shipping were combined and that was very reasonable. I do have a question about this review. The seller I bought this punch from is emilytesterart yet here on this review sheet it says Fledgling Flips. The punch portrayed is the one I bought. So I want to make it clear that this review is not for Fledgling Flips (I am totally unfamiliar with this seller) but emilytesterart.

  Item arrived mostly as described, one disc was missing (with a duplicate of another disc in its place). Seller immediately responded with a choice of partial refund or return. Bummed the item wasn't complete, but I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

  Item was described as “used”, but it was actually in “as new” condition, and for a fraction of the cost if I had bought it new. The post office kind of mangled up the box it was shipped in, but I was happy to discover that the item was not damaged whatsoever (whew!) I’m thrilled with this purchase, and highly recommend this seller!
