  product arrive with poor packaging, not as stated,vacuum arrived in 2 pieces,nor in 1 as shown, had to put together, on/off switch does not work, power drove does not work. the invoice showed 65.50 for shipping. not as stated !!! The packaging alone makes me think this a scam, this was NOT packaged as a treasure would be.This is not worth postage to sending back.!!!

  Do not buy from these people it more Aggravating to get the right part and thay would not go ahead and send the right part

  Buyer was given the opportunity 3 times to return the item with a pre-paid label for a full refund and chose to keep it. He then weaponized the feedback against me because he didn't get the free item he wanted. If drama queen was a person 😔

  I believe the item works as advertised; however, due to my heavy wax, it is unable to completely clean mine out. It should do fine with more moderate wax build-up.
