  I would have preferred that they had been on an ivory colored towel as shown in the picture. That being said, I love them and will not be sending them back. They are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend this vendor. Perhaps I would verify the towel color before completing the order, but absolutely gorgeous. As they are made to order it may take some time to receive your order, but so, so worth the wait.

  I received the wrong color towels and the stitching was not of the colors I had requested even though I was assured they could make the towels to order. When I reached out to the seller about the order being wrong, they apologized and promised to send the correct items asap. It’s been almost two months.I reached out again asking for a status update on March 22nd asking if they had been sent yet and if not, then to please credit me back for the purchase. No response, no towels, no credit received

  She fails to mention she will not return the towels and expects two sets for the price of one set.i replied and said to return towels for replacement ones—but to this day that part is ignored. Also colors she requested were not placed in notes for me to remember as I request be done when ordering. She fails to show her errors thanks and sorry your not happy

  Paid on sept 3. It is now October 4th, with no response from seller. I need my money back to original payment method. Tracking show items were never shipped. Im very angry.
