  My item arrived with a hairline crack but the description had said no cracks or chips so I contacted the seller who apologised for missing the crack and sent me a replacement plate at no extra cost. I would definitely use this seller again. I appreciated their honesty. Both plates were very well packaged. For this reason I did not think the crack occurred in transit. Beautiful plate.

  This really is a beautiful piece at a very reasonable cost. I am extremely pleased with it. It was expertly packed . However, the courier was awful : I could not communicate with them and in the end they left it "in a safe place" ie. dumped on the doorstep of my block of flats! I had not specified a "safe Place". However that is all not your fault.
