Here at the button box we hope you find things you love! We package properly. We post quickly. We are honest with our listings and try to be as helpful as we can. Messages are answered!.
Our packaging chips are 100% biodegradable (if you are not going to re-use you can compost them).
Our cardboard and boxes are all re-used.
We are currently trying to find a greener alternative to bubble wrap (that works as well).
We have changed our dispatch time to 3 days to avoid making journeys to town for single items (we live in the country). Most of the time the dispatch will be same day. Or the next day.
We are happy to try and assist in any way realistically possible!
Please feel free to make offers, it’s 2025 and most of us are feeling the pinch to some degree.
Even if the item does not have offers - pop us a message over and we will see if we can meet on a price.

I was a bit upset as this was not mentioned. I have the same doll since I was a child and wanted another one in better condition, but alas not to be.
