Since this owner does NOT accept returns and has NOT responded to my message, I have no other recourse than to give a fully negative feedback as the once lovely Brixton hat arrived in a box too small for it, therefore crunching up the sides permanently and leaving a rip between the top part of the hat and the lower brim. It would have been a real keeper had it been packaged correctly. Is there no recourse for a purchase like this, eBay? Or am I stuck with an unusable hat & the money it cost me?
